Один из реальных опционов: если возникает возможность по ходу дела улучшить проект (расширить выпуск продукции при возросшем спросе, ввести не предусмотренную проектом технологию и т.п.), фактически получается своеобразный колл-опцион – право на то, чтобы вложить дополнительную сумму денег в развитие производства в благоприятных для этого обстоятельствах и получить дополнительный эффект от проекта.
